GE-PSO Voluntarily Relinquishes Patient Safety Organization Status

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has accepted a voluntary relinquishment notice from GE Healthcare (GE-PSO), a Patient Safety Organization (PSO), and subsequently delisted it from the list of approved PSOs. The Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 allows PSOs to relinquish their status for any reason.
