EPA Grants Exemption for Huntsman Corp. Pesticide Ingredient

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a tolerance exemption for Huntsman Corp.'s pesticide ingredient, Octadecanoic Acid, 12-Hydroxy-, Homopolymer, Ester with 2-Methyloxirane Polymer with Oxirane Monobutyl Ether, when used as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations, following a petition submitted by the company under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
