US Postal Service Seeks Waiver to Eliminate Alternative Reporting Format Requirement

The US Postal Service is requesting a waiver to exempt itself from preparing a cost and revenue analysis report in an alternative format for its annual compliance review process, and is also seeking to eliminate this requirement permanently if the request is approved.
