EPA Proposes Approval of Colorado's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Telluride

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the State of Colorado's air quality implementation plan for the Telluride area, which includes a second 10-year maintenance plan for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 10 microns (PM 10 ) and a transportation conformity motor vehicle emissions budget for PM 10.
