Assistance to States for the Education of Children with Disabilities: Extension of Comment Period

The U.S. Department of Education is extending the deadline for written comments on proposed rulemaking for local maintenance of effort to clarify existing policy and make other related changes. The new deadline is now December 10, 2013, following the initial deadline of December 2, 2013.
