EPA Proposes Approval of Missouri SIP Revision to Update Emissions Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Missouri, which updates the written reporting requirements for maintenance, start-up, or shutdown activities and corrects references in the reporting and record keeping section.
