Navy Proposes Changes to Physical Disability Evaluation System

The Department of the Navy is proposing to modify its Physical Disability Evaluation System Proceedings system, used to assess fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to physical disability among Navy and Marine Corps personnel.
