Navy Department Proposes Changes to Retired Flag Officers Database

The US Department of the Navy is proposing to modify its 'Database of Retired Navy Flag Officers' system, which contains a directory of retired Navy flag officers, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, to improve access and interaction between retired and active duty officers.
