DoD Proposes to Remove DoD-Unique List of Nonavailable Articles from DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to eliminate the DoD-unique list of nonavailable articles, as these items have been found to be either available domestically or not used by DoD.
