DoD Proposes Amendments to DFARS Research and Development Contracting Clause

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to standardize the research and development-related clause with an alternate, and to include the full text of the alternate clause in the regulation.
