DoD Proposes Amendment to Clarify Applicability of Clauses to Commercial Acquisitions

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify the application of two clauses to acquisitions of commercial items, specifically in response to DFARS Case 2013-D035.
