HUD Corrects Final Rule on Wetlands and Floodplain Management

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is revising its regulations to correct a duplication error in its November 2013 final rule on protecting wetlands and floodplains, which affects the 8 Step Process for managing floodplains and wetlands compliance.
