The USIBWC has made the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Rio Grande Canalization Project in Vado, New Mexico, available to the public, following the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Council on Environmental Quality's Final Regulations.
