EPA Approves New Mexico State Implementation Plan Revision for Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a portion of a revision to New Mexico's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) on January 8, 2013, to enable the issuance of plantwide applicability limit permits for greenhouse gas-emitting sources.
