EPA Grants Exemption for Prohydrojasmon Pesticide on Apples and Grapes
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has exempted residues of prohydrojasmon (PDJ), a plant growth regulator, from the requirement of a tolerance on apples and grapes when used according to label directions and good agricultural practices, effectively eliminating the need for a maximum permissible level for PDJ residues.
