EPA Approves Michigan's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Michigan's Clean Air Act New Source Review State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes updates to rules governing major sources in nonattainment areas, following a submission by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) on March 24, 2009.
