EPA Approves Delaware's Air Quality Plan for Philadelphia Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Delaware, demonstrating the Philadelphia-Wilmington, Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Delaware nonattainment area's attainment of the 1997 annual fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standard.
