VA Announces Public Comment Period for Proposed Information Collection on Death Pension Eligibility

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking public input on a proposed collection of information to determine a child's eligibility for death pension benefits after a surviving spouse remarries, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
