PBGC Requests OMB Extension for Information Collection on Liability for Single-Employer Plan Termination

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its request to extend approval for a collection of information related to liability for termination of single-employer plans, which is set to expire on March 31, 2014.
