Report on the Selection of Eligible Countries for Fiscal Year 2014

The U.S. government has released a report detailing the eligible countries for fiscal year 2014 under the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003, in accordance with section 608(d)(1) of the Act, as mandated by Public Law 108-199, Division D.
