EPA Seeks Comments on Adjusting Allowance System for HCFC Production, Import, and Export

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on options for modifying the allowance system governing the United States' consumption and production of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), which must be phased out by 2030 under the Montreal Protocol and the Clean Air Act.
