EPA Approves Indiana's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of Indiana's plan to meet state board requirements under the Clean Air Act, following the submission of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) in compliance with section 128 of the CAA, as announced on August 19, 2013.
