EPA Proposes Approval of New Hampshire's Carbon Monoxide Limited Maintenance Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of New Hampshire, which establishes carbon monoxide limited maintenance plans for Manchester and Nashua, New Hampshire, and requires year-round monitoring in Londonderry.
