EPA Proposes Settlement for Cadie Auto Salvage Site in Illinois

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed administrative settlement for the recovery of past response costs at the Cadie Auto Salvage Site in Belvidere, Illinois, owned by Helen E. Cadie. The settlement would require Cadie to pay a percentage of the sale proceeds and release a lien on the site.
