EPA Proposes Approval of Texas New Source Review State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas New Source Review State Implementation Plan (SIP) that establish a standard permit for the installation and/or modification of oil and gas facilities, in compliance with the Clean Air Act and EPA regulations.
