SEC Approves EDGA and EDGX Exchanges to Join National Market System

The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved an amendment to the National Market System Plan, allowing EDGA Exchange, Inc. and EDGX Exchange, Inc. to participate in the plan, which establishes procedures under Rule 605 of Regulation NMS.
