EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP), specifically updating Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets for nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds in Lancaster County, and updating the point source inventory for these pollutants. The EPA anticipates no adverse comments and will approve the State's SIP submittal as a direct final rule if no comments are received.
