Extension of Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions (Multiple Chemicals)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for pesticides listed in the document, following the granting of emergency exemptions under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). This action allows for the continued use of these pesticides in emergency situations.
