EPA Proposes Partial Approval of Colorado's Air Quality Plan for Pagosa Springs

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Colorado, specifically for the Pagosa Springs area, which must meet the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to 10 microns (PM 10 ).
