HHS Modifies National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) System of Records

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is updating its National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) system of records, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, to reflect changes in the types of individuals who receive medical treatment and to expand the system's purpose to include claims processing.
