EPA Approves North Dakota Department of Agriculture's Request for Delegation of Authority for Prevention of Accidental Release of Anhydrous Ammonia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of North Dakota Department of Agriculture's (NDDA) request to partially delegate the Risk Management Program (RM Program) for facilities storing ten thousand pounds or more of agricultural anhydrous ammonia in North Dakota, while retaining EPA authority for other regulated chemicals and facilities.
