EPA Proposes Final Authorization for Vermont Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant final authorization to the State of Vermont for changes to its hazardous waste management program, which aligns with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The proposed rule, if not opposed by any comments, will become effective without further action.
