EIA Seeks 3-Year Extension for Spent Nuclear Fuel Disposal Fee Collection

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a three-year extension of its Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste, which includes the collection of fees for this purpose.
