U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Decision on Petition Related to Nuclear Licenses

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has announced a decision regarding a petition filed by Thomas King, regarding the licenses DPR-67, NPF-16, DPR-31, and DPR-41, which are held by Florida Power & Light Company at its St. Lucie Plant, and the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 3 and 4.
