Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Hold Second Public Meeting on Proposed Material Control and Accounting Rule

The NRC plans to hold a second public meeting to discuss its proposed rule to amend material control and accounting regulations for special nuclear material, following a first meeting on January 9, 2014, and a public comment period that closes on March 10, 2014.
