U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for information collection review to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), seeking public comment on a comprehensive decommissioning program that requires annual data collection from Agreement States that have signed Section 274(b) Agreements with the NRC.
