U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Information Collection Proposal for Review by Office of Management and Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The proposal, which includes DOE/NRC Form 741 and NUREG/BR-0006 Revision 7, requires reporting of nuclear material transactions and is subject to a 60-day comment period.
