U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for information collection review to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for revision of its existing information collection, NRC Form 5, 'Occupational Dose Record for a Monitoring Period'. The NRC is seeking public comment on this proposal, which requires annual reporting from NRC licensees complying with Part 20 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
