U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Prohibits Armando N. Clavero from NRC-Licensed Activities for 3 Years

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an order prohibiting Mr. Armando N. Clavero from participating in activities licensed by the NRC for a period of 3 years, and requires him to notify the NRC of any current involvement and provide written notice of his acceptance of future employment involving NRC-licensed activities within 1 year after the 3-year prohibition period expires.
