U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Review of Paperwork Reduction Act Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of an information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which requires voluntary reporting from licensees who have requested enforcement discretion through the Notice of Enforcement Discretion (NOED) process.
