SEC Grants Temporary Effectiveness to NYSE Rule Amendment for Fast Market Procedures

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a temporary amendment to the NYSE's Fast Market procedures, which were established under Rule 605 of Regulation NMS, following a joint industry plan and notice of filing.
