U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for OMB Review of Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of an information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requiring licensees to report on activities involving radioactive byproduct material in non-agreement states, areas of exclusive federal jurisdiction, or offshore waters.
