NRC Publishes Corrected Proposed Rule for Medical Use of Byproduct Material

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has published a corrected proposed rule to amend its regulations on the medical use of byproduct material, following a public comment period that was initially set to end on August 20, 2014, but was extended to allow for comments on the corrected burden estimate.
