NRC Submits Proposal for Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting approval for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on this proposal, which would require nuclear power reactor licensees, non-power reactors, and materials applicants and licensees to report on occasion.
