NRC Grants Exemption to PPL Bell Bend for FSAR Updates

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to PPL Bell Bend, LLC, allowing the company to delay updates to its Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) until the resumption of its Combined License (COL) application safety review or by December 31, 2015, whichever comes first.
