U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Final Guidance on Aging Management of Internal Coatings/Linings

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released the final License Renewal Interim Staff Guidance (LR-ISG) document, LR-ISG-2013-01, which outlines new aging management programs and review procedures for nuclear power plants to ensure the integrity of internal coatings/linings on in-scope piping, components, heat exchangers, and tanks.
