NRC Submits Proposal for Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for OMB Review

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposed revision, which would affect nuclear power reactor licensees, nonpower reactors, and materials applicants and licensees.
