U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves License Transfer for Two Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering approval of a license transfer application filed by Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. (ESGL) and Entergy Louisiana, LLC (ELL) for two nuclear power plants, River Bend Station and Waterford Steam Electric Station, to a new company Entergy Louisiana Power, LLC (ELP).
