Entergy Operations, Inc. Receives NRC Exemption for Grand Gulf, Unit 3 Combined License Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission granted Entergy Operations, Inc. an exemption to bypass enhanced Emergency Preparedness rules in their Grand Gulf, Unit 3 Combined License application, allowing the company to resubmit their revised application by December 31, 2015, or upon NRC's resumption of review.
