U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues New Order for Waste Control Specialists, LLC.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a new Order, superseding a previous one, to Waste Control Specialists, LLC. (WCS), exempting the company from NRC regulations regarding special nuclear material, in response to a request made by WCS on July 18, 2014.
